The Ukelele Lady asked me to take her picture at Nats. She even had pre-printed slips with her email on them so people could send her pics. She told me that she was protesting being a cycling widow alone on race weekends with three kids! She hung out by the Clif run-up singing and strumming protest songs when the racers came through. It was decent weather, but not that warm!! Brrr!
