oh yeah, were you able to keep up your workout schedule when you were in CO? It sounded like there was no time for workouts (unless you did them at 3 am after you posted to your blog...!!!)
That is cute. Love the camera, looks like an old Minolta SLR. Speaking of "you are what you eat", try finding food that has less than five ingredients in it or all natural. Today's Western diet is silently killing all of us. I just went to this great lecture on Monday at Alvernol College and Michael Pollan spoke of his new book which is an extension to Omnivore's Dilema. Quite facinating how food became so scientific and un-natural since the 60's
I almost bought his new book the other day! I wish I could have heard that lecture. I may get that book soon, it's 30% off right now at the bookstore near my gym.

when i lived in DC, i had a diet coke and a bag of peanut M&M's at 3pm almost every day. I miss that.
