I enjoyed this article by the Fat Cyclist for mtn. bikers on "Tips for Becoming a Roadie".
And in the "Related Articles" in the box to the right, is another one titled "How to get Rid of Unwanted Fitness." I was going to read that one too, but I realized I don't need to. I already have accomplished that over the last couple of months, without reading any articles ....
