Death Cab for Cutie in Millenium Park??!!
I heard on the radio today that Death Cab for Cutie is coming to Millenium Park the weekend of June 3rd!!!! (I think that was the date?). Does anyone have details on this? Is anyone going? I will have to check the race schedule to see if it conflicts with anything. It probably will, but this is one show I would love to see.

It's a Tuesday? Lawn seats are only $10. Let me know if you guys are going.
yay that it's a Tuesday not a race weekend...thanks Gina. I found their fan club site, as well. Tix are $45 or $10 (for lawn) an go on sale April 19. They are giving their fan club members first dibs on the tix, like a week in advance.
i'd go for $10, but it's a really hard venue for a stripped-down emo band to really flourish in. if anyone needs somewhere to spend the night afterward, we have a futon...
it's at Pritzker Pavilion I think - I haven't been there so I am not sure what to expect. I'd go for either type of seat. The challenge might be getting any tix at all?
