I still haven't had time to write about Iola yet! In the meantime I want to wish Sara K-J of the Trek Midwest team good luck at the Maplelag race in MN this weekend! I hope she gets lots of UCI points at this race! Also, congrats on her Iola win.

Also, a *big* thanks to Sara for alot of helpful back rehab info she gave me after her race at Iola. This past month has been really rough for me, so it was good to learn about stuff no one else has told me. Her knowledge of the spine is truly impressive. I appreciate her taking the time to explain it to me when she was probably tired and hungry and wanting to change! Sara, I'll email you as soon as I can find your address - I think it's on my old computer.
