Congrats to Gabi on her great triathlon results the last two weekends, and to John F. on his great Superweek result today!

1st woman in the Short Course race at Lifetime Fitness in Minneapolis today! 9th out of almost 4000 women last weekend at the Danskin Tri in Wisconsin. She asked me to look at the results of today's race online and print them to bring to the marathon race at Reforestation Camp tomorrow, and when I went to check just now, I saw that she got FIRST woman in the short course, out of 559 women. She was 21st overall, when you include the men. Super fast transitions. Nice.

And, I just talked to John F., who just finished the Blue Island Superweek cat 4/5 crit and got 2nd. Nice job! Good luck tomorrow in Bensenville.
